At All Times- Matthew 6:26-28 Original

While the original has sold, prints are still available!

This is a one-of-a-kind original painting — acrylic and charcoal on canvas, 24” x 48”, painted in 2025.

“Oh! I painted that!?” was one of the first things that came to mind after finishing “At All Times-Matthew 6:26-28.” The painting is about trusting God and His provision, including trusting that He gave me these skills for a reason. I was painting this piece as I was preparing for my first launch and God used this painting to help me look beyond the “do not worry” scriptures. I was reminded that the reason we shouldn’t worry is because of who our Father is. He will provide and is there, “At All Times.” He even provided us with a comforter in the Holy Spirit. This is what the hummingbirds came to represent. While I was painting them, the Holy Spirit is what my mind was on, and God even gave me a clearer understanding of the Spirit. While that moment of clarity I felt has since passed, I know the Holy Spirit has not and I still feel His presence. I had written in my church notes “The Holy Spirit is always there…Fully Trusting…” around the time this painting was finishing and was being named. “Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them” (Matthew 6:26a, NLT).
